| Job Description: |
As IT Executive (Operations), you will be responsible for performing the following functions/duties/assignments:
- Technical support for smooth functioning of Hardware, Software and related IT Operations.
- Day to day maintenance including, patching, firmware installation and updates, monitoring and installation of Operating System and other utility Software(s).
- Support end user in any problem related to LAN and Wireless services.
- Identify and resolve network and system problems.
- Maintain and track Helpdesk Support records.
- Maintenance of IT equipment. e.g. UPS, LAN Switches, etc.
- Assist Deputy Manager IT Operations.
- Ensure to perform all task as per IT Policy.
