Roles and Responsibilities
- Be informed of trends in education and constantly strive for the upgrading of instruction and curriculum.
- Supervise the instructional programs of the school by evaluating lesson plans and observing classes on a regular basis.
- Ensure that student’s progress is monitored and recorded.
- Keep follow up of syllabi and ensure that covering of syllabi is in accordance with schemes of studies.
- Supervise morning assembly.
- Promote effective communication and interpersonal relations among staff, parents and students.
- Recheck student’s diaries, copies & Dossiers.
- Prepare and implement remedial programs for students requiring extra help.
- Guide and counsel students with adjustment or academic problems, or special academic interests.
- Check teacher’s diaries.
- Any other work assigned by Director Academics
