| Job Description: |
- Coordination with RSMs regarding Monthly sales targets, Production requirement
- Develop performance reports area wise, team wise and individual sales person.
- Manage distributor database and update as required and make monthly distributor claim summary.
- Distributor’s appointments and keep records of their cheques and submit cheques to accounts.
- Manage staff data regarding hiring and monthly expenses
- Get approvals for Sales Team if any.
- Prepare distributor quarterly incentive detail.
- Maintain shelf rent approvals/ accrual record.
- Distribution monthly claim adjustment.
- Maintain town,s orders record.
