Job Descriotion

• Execute and Manage Real Estate Sales Operations
• Responsible for selling Real Estate Units
• Ensure the Provision of Opportunities and Convert them into Sales
• Manage Marketing Plans to implementing Sales
• Focus on Building Sales Team, and to identify shortcomings
• Focus on Permanent Development of Sales Operations
• Clients Meetings and Physical Marketing in Office Car with Office Team to motivate the client directly
• Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
• Persists in sales even in the face of failure
• Demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management 
• Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
• Answers questions from clients
• Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources 
• Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
• Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
• Analyzes the competition to creat a plan for engagement 
• Creates a plan for gaining Customers and then Retaining them based on Warranties or Guarantees
• Finbs Ways to Sell Products/Services in the face of a Down Market
• Creat and Execute Marketing Campaigns that Focus on the Target Market
• Prepared to work Wherever and Whenever
• Analyze Efficiency of Marketing Initiatives
• Ability to Effectively Manage Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and other Social Media Campaigns
• Creat Online Marketing Campaigns, Optimize their performance and report on results
• Ability to Think Analytical Marketing Strategy
