Position Purpose:Provincial Coordinator KPIC Project will be responsible to ensure smooth execution and implementation of the project at the Provincial level (KPK). To maintain close connection and working relationship with provincial stakeholders. Ensure necessary compliances to execute implementation/coordination activities according to the main agreement between LUMS and KP Government. Ensure compliance of University protocols and policies while implementing / coordination provincial project activities.  Provide field verification, monitoring and other required reports for project purposes. Liaison and maintain close relationship with KP government and allied stakeholders including satellite Universities / centers. Ensure close working and execution with marketing, finance and NIC LUMS team for smooth and efficient project execution.

Job Description:

• Ensure smooth and efficient project implementation at field level.
• Provide project field verification, progress reports and other such information as required by the senior team.
• Secure office space for project team at the provincial level.
• Maintain all official record of field working, progress reports and other such necessary field working.
• Maintain close connection with provincial stakeholders like KP government, Public Relation Department, Satellite Campuses and other strategic stakeholders.
• Implement and execute all activities in line with project agreement and LUMS policies and procedures.
• Provide support for project activities as required including logistical arrangements and other such activities for project execution and implementation.
• Field / physical verification of payments / invoices and other such claims under the project preview.
• Travel to satellite campuses and other locations as per project need and working.
• Monitor/track project activities and provide regular updates on project progress and implementation at field level.
• Represent KPIC Project in provincial events and project related activities.
• Work closely with National Incubation Center provincial team and other stakeholders for smooth project execution and implementation.
• Be willing to travel outside Peshawar as per project needs with approval of the supervisor. 
• Any special task assigned by supervisor and ad hoc duties as per project requirements.
