IPS is hiring a Business Development Manager (specialist in Freelance Website Bidding). With 3 - 5 years of proven experience in generating business through various online bidding platforms.

·         Responsible for Bidding on Up work, Fivver, Freelancer etc. should have a complete understanding sales cycle of Web Development Business from bidding, negotiating, follow up, till deal gets closed. 

·         Must have Experienced in Writing Proposals / Budgeting / Negotiations / Prepare Project schedules. 

·         Self-starter; Meet and Exceed targets through lead generation.

·         Excellent Communication, Writing, and Presentation skills. 

·         Knowledge of CMSs and other Frameworks.

·         Open to work in flexible hours to attend international clients.

·         Generating business through online freelancing portal likes Up work, Fivver, Freelancer. etc.

 ·         Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these.

·         Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets.
