One of the leading Power & Telecom System solutions providing company urgently looking for Techncial Support / Pre-Sales Engineers with in-depth experience, strong technical background and good communications skills.

Job Responsibilties 

• Technical and Commercial Proposal development for the tenders and customer’s requirements as per define process

• To coordinate closely with internal sales team, sales support, and service resources to align solutions design with customers’ business requirements.

• Execute order process in Corporate and other OEMs, and giving a smooth handover to Logistics & PMO teams.

• To Support sales productivity by assisting sales personnel in the technical aspects of projects.

• To liaison with the technical team at the customer's end to ensure that the technical requirements are cleared, fully understood and met.

• Responsible for physical Infrastructure analysis, cost inputs, solution architecture and high level design of complex opportunities and services.

• Provide Pre-sales & after-sales product design support to Sales teams.

• Monitor R&D and customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process.

• Support Project Manager in the successful delivery of all projects,  Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure technical knowledge  to gain successful delivery of  projects

• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal and external teams

• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

• Prepare accurate and timely reports
