Job Description:

§  To take the charge of potential customer call transferred by Fronters.

§  To provide the customer Product knowledge.

§  To convince the customer about utility of product.

§  To make the customer realize that product is his need.

§  To barge the customers effectively.

§  To convince the customer for prescribed rates offered.

§  To adjust any discounts negotiated.

§  To close the call commendably.

§  To run Credit Scores of a customer.

§  Any other task assigned by the management.

§  Their primary duty is to take the transferred calls.

§  Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

§  Maintains operations by following policies and procedures made by HR and Senior Management; reporting needed changes.

§  To provide the customer Product knowledge.

§  Their priority should be customer’s satisfaction.

§  To satisfy all the queries of customer and make him interested.

§  To convince the customer for prescribed rates offered.

§  To schedule the order.

§  To calendar the installs against orders scheduled.

§  To interact with installation technicians for in time and accurate installation.

§  To facilitate the customer in any regard as per his need during installation.

§  To adjust any further charges or discounts raised during installation.
