Looking for candidates with Degree in Computer Sciences or IT.
Candidates with experience in software and databases are preferred.
Effectively resolving customer complaints, monitoring and troubleshooting network traffic (inbound/outbound), testing and managing routes, provisioning, and inbound/outbound escalation.
1. Will work in a 7x24 NOC environment performing a wide variety of tasks to include:
2. Manage and maintain the firm's Monitoring Systems.
3. Data base management (SQL Server 2008)
4. Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on the networks, liaising with 3rdparty suppliers, handling escalation through to resolution.)
5. Technical Support for daily operations (Routing & Switching issues, as well as complicated issues).
6. Hardware management (open a case with network equipment vendors to resolve the hardware/software issues).
Participate in a 24x7 on call rotation.
Networking and D.B Management Experience required.
Software & Web Development experience preferred.
