We are looking for personnel for online retail sales and customer services.
Job Responsibilities
The job responsibilities of the individuals will include:
1. Identify and secure potential clients by cold-calling, e-mailing or direct meeting.
2. Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business.
3. Define and implement sales strategy and techniques.
4. Understand clients’ needs and tailor products to meet clients’ requirements.
5. Create innovative ways to build business from individual accounts.
6. Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth.
7. Coordinate with the sales team to revise pricing and sales incentive plan to achieve marketing goals.
8. Perform up-selling and cross-selling of products to the clients.
9. Conduct effective sales presentation for potential customers.
10. Develop and maintain sales records of sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed sales, follow up activities, etc.
11. Hire and train sales personnel in online sales and customer services.
12. Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries/issues in a timely manner.
13. Resolve product or service problem by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
14. Coordinate with the departments of online retail order taking, logistics, and accounts to ensure that the sale closed in a proper manner within the required sale’s closing time.
15. Ensure sales team complies with company policies, procedures and business ethic codes.
Required Skills
The skills required for the job of online sales and customer services include:
1. Excellent English communication.
2. Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
3. Experience with MS office and retail sales programs.
4. Familiarity with administrative issues.
5. Organization skills with an ability to stay focused on the assigned tasks.
