Job Description:

Cenit, Inc. is looking for energetic and dedicated Customer Service Specialist for Night Shift (Rotating) - Chat Support. If you have good written English and effective communication skills, feel free to apply.

Job Responsibilities:



  •  Respond promptly to customer queries through email in the best possible manner.

  •   Respond to emails according to the respective clients requirements.

  •  Collect required information from customers, to make them a lead                   


Required Skills :



  • You must have excellent English writing skills. 

  • You must be tech savvy.

  • Must be aware of Email ticketing.

  • Must have enthusiasm to learn fast.

  • Must be active to provide help to the customers. 

  • Must be quick to resolve the queries of the customers through email.

  • Ability to think quick. 

  • Ability to learn fast. 

  • Ability to make appropriate decisions and evaluate priorities accordingly.
