Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer queries through email in the best possible manner.
- Respond to emails according to the respective clients requirements.
- Collect required information from customers, to make them a lead

- Must be aware of Email ticketing.
- Must have enthusiasm to learn fast.
- Must be active to provide help to the customers.
- Must be quick to resolve the queries of the customers through email.
